User Responsibilities and Conduct

- You must have legal authority to list the business
Business Obligations:
- Maintain accurate halal compliance as advertised
- Respond professionally to customer reviews and feedback
- Update business information when changes occur
- Comply with all relevant food safety and business regulations
- Honor any special offers or promotions listed on the platform
Our Rights Regarding Business Listings:
- We may verify business information and halal compliance
- We reserve the right to remove or modify inaccurate listings
- We may contact businesses to verify information
- We can suspend listings that violate these terms
Content and Image Policy
Image Upload Requirements:
- All images must be appropriate and family-friendly
- Images must accurately represent the restaurant or food
- You must own the rights to images you upload or have permission to use them
- No sexually explicit, violent, or offensive imagery
- No copyrighted images without proper authorization
- Images should be clear, well-lit, and of reasonable quality
Prohibited Content:
- Inappropriate, offensive, or disturbing images
- Content that violates Australian classification laws
- Images of people without their consent
- Misleading or false representations of food or venues
- Content that promotes discrimination or hatred
- Spam, advertising, or promotional content (unless authorized)
Content Moderation:

Zero Tolerance Policy:
We have zero tolerance for inappropriate images, harassment, or content that violates Australian law. Such content will be immediately removed and may result in permanent account termination.

Verification Process:
- We may contact businesses to verify submitted information
- Halal certification may be verified with certifying bodies
- User-reported inaccuracies will be investigated
- Persistent inaccuracies may result in listing suspension
User Reporting:
- Users can report inaccurate information through our contact form
- We encourage community-driven accuracy through user feedback
- False reporting may result in account penalties
Community Responsibility: We rely on our community to help maintain accurate information. If you notice incorrect details, please use our contact form to report them.
Privacy and Data Protection

Account Termination
